What's in your smoothie?

I normally have oatmeal for breakfast but since I've been waking up late just in time to start working, I need to further shorten my prep time. That means breakfast needs to be hurried too.
 
However, hurried doesn't mean non nutritious breakfast. Before the ECQ, I'd normally get a breakfast smoothie from a juice store at our office lobby. I can drink it while working or even while in a meeting.
 
So since we're in quarantine, I tried making my own breakfast smoothies and they are as easy as 1, 2, 3!
 
This one's my favorite..
 

1 medium banana
1 avocado frozen bar 
1/2 cup oats (I prefer instant)
1 cup soy milk
1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
5 pcs apricot kernels (for my daily dose of B17)
1 cup water

Blend, blend, blend!
